A Congressman in Brazil has introduced a Bitcoin reserve bill, adding the country to a growing list of nations looking to tap into the flagship cryptocurrency as a treasury reserve asset. Binance Partners With Mastercard to Launch Crypto Rewards Card in Brazil

Though still in its beta-launch phase, it will soon become widely available. The card works by converting users’ cryptocurrency into fiat currency at the point of purchase. This lets card users spend in crypto, while the merchant receives their standard fiat payment.
